Star Fleet I: The War Begins!
Starfleet I has a plot and gameplay inspired by the Star Trek games that appeared on minicomputers and mainframes in the late 1970s. Starfleet allows the player to command a spaceship and undertake various missions to defend the Earth from the aliens Krellan and Zaldron.
The version of the game described at Home of the Underdogs is the first official release version by Interstel, after it was incorporated by Trevor Sorensen in 1986. It was at this time that Interstel became an affiliated label of Electronic Arts. The game itself, however, began selling in 1983 by Cygnus, back when it was still a "garage sale" operation. Before picked up by Electronic Arts, approximately 5,000 games were sold. Over 80,000 games were sold when it was distributed by Electronic Arts.

Famous quotes containing the word war:
“But, after the war was over, just think what came to pass
A letter, sir; and the two were safe back in the old Bluegrass.
The lad had got across the border, riding Kentucky Belle;
And Kentuck she was thriving, and fat, and hearty, and well;
He cared for her, and kept her, nor touched her with whip or spur:
Ah! weve had many horses, but never a horse like her!”
—Constance Fenimore Woolson (18401894)
