Hostel Life
Residential hostel life is an integral part of the institute's academic programme. Hostel stay is compulsory for all students admitted. Hostel life revolves basically around three Ds — Discipline, Duty and Devotion. Where these three are concerned much is expected from students. A very high standard of discipline is demanded, which, it should be appreciated, is entirely in the interest of students. Infringement of discipline is viewed seriously by the hostel authorities; students must therefore ensure that there is absolutely no lapse on their part on this count.

Famous quotes containing the word life:
“So long as the system of competition in the production and exchange of the means of life goes on, the degradation of the arts will go on; and if that system is to last for ever, then art is doomed, and will surely die; that is to say, civilization will die.”
—William Morris (1834–1896)
