Space Station 3D - About

About

A Science Museum synopsis reads as follows:

"Prepare for lift-off in Space Station 3D, the first 3D live action movie to be filmed in space. Using incredible 3D technology the film tells the amazing story of the greatest engineering feat since a man landed on the Moon; the on-orbit assembly of the International Space Station as it travels 220 miles above the Earth at 17,500 mph. Feel the force of a rocket launch, look into the depths of space, experience life in zero gravity and accompany astronauts on a space walk."

Rotten Tomatoes' summary, taken from Jason Buchanan of Rovi, states:

"Most people will never know what it's like to be floating 220 miles above the Earth and moving at speeds up to 17,500 mph, but now you too can experience the wonder and amazement of space as you join a crew of skilled astronauts traveling to the International Space Station. Hosted by Tom Cruise, this video takes viewers to the futuristic laboratory where future technologies are perfected and existing problems solved by a combination of dedication, bravery, and innovation."
