Other Media Formats
The series has been translated into other media. All the episodes have been adapted in novelisations (except, for some reason, "Earthbound", though this may be because E.C. Tubb was working from a different script of "Breakaway" in which Commissioner Simmons was killed when the Moon was torn out of Earth orbit) and the authors of these works have written a number of original stories. Several comic book series were published and, in the US, a series of audio adaptations were recorded on record albums with the younger audience in mind.
