Spa Lady is the name of a Health and Fitness club with locations in the US and Canada. The clubs are specifically tailored to women and only women are allowed to join. During the 1980s, when the chain was much larger, its jingle was "You're a woman of the 80s, you're a Spa Lady!". Today, the chain exists mostly in the New York Metropolitan area's suburbs of New Jersey and in the Canadian cities of Calgary and Edmonton.
In addition to health and exercise facilities, several Spa Lady locations have added spas to their offering.
The clubs compete with other women's-only chain health clubs, including Curves and Lucille Roberts.
