6 Buendia Flyover
(Gil Puyat Flyover)
(End of Expressway) Makati City Exit is an overpass over Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia). Staying on the main road takes motorists to Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia), from where motorists can continue right to Makati or left to Manila. Until the Magallanes exit, this section of road provides access to numerous smaller local roads. And for southbound users, staying on the main road can provide access to the Skyway. There is no access to the skyway from the flyover.
6 Skyway: Gil Puyat Exit Ramp Ramp This exit takes you to the Metro Manila Skyway express route which travels over the SLEX up to the Bicutan Exit. This route has fewer exits and is therefore a faster route. There's a possibility of the Skyway to be extended to the north until it meets up with North Luzon Expressway on Mindanao Avenue Exit in the future.
7 Skyway: Makati Exit Ramp This exit on the northbound Skyway lanes (from Calamba) takes you directly to the Makati City Centre. This exit leads onto a very short 4-lane spur route then curves left and descends to merge onto Amorsolo Street.

Pasay Road Intersection
Four-Way Intersection This signalized intersection lies under the Makati exit and provides a connection to Makati from the main expressway.
7 Skyway: Don Bosco Exit Ramp This exit on the northbound Skyway provides access to the Don Bosco Street intersection on the main SLEX.
8 Magallanes Interchange
(EDSA exit)
Partial Turbine/Partial Roundabout This exit on the main SLEX provides a direct connection to northbound EDSA. Besides providing a direct exit to northbound EDSA to Makati City, the Ortigas CBD, SM Megamall, Cubao, SM City North EDSA, the NLEX and Monumento. there is also an intersection at the bottom of the complex which provides access to southbound EDSA and the Mall of Asia, Manila Pier, Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and Taft Avenue. There is no access to EDSA from the Skyway.
9 Skyway Entrance: Magallanes Ramp This exit on Southbound SLEX provides access to the Skyway. This access ramp may be useful for commuters merging on the SLEX from EDSA, and commuters from the Skyway wishing to exit at Magallanes. From Manila, it is the exit came before entering Pasay City. From Calamba, on the skyway, it is situated after entering Makati City.
9 Sales Exit Four-ramp partial cloverleaf Pasay City This exit on the SLEX takes you to Sales Road. Westbound takes you to NAIA Terminal 3, Villamor Airbase and Newport City. Eastbound takes you to Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio and McKinley Hill. One exit takes you to WB Sales Road and the West Service Road, with no left turn access. Access to EB Sales Road is provided by a second exit.

Ramp This exit leads to NAIA Complex, Newport City and Villamor Airbase via NAIA Expressway.
10 Nichols Toll Barrier The Nichols Toll Barrier is located on the northbound lanes. There are two toll gates. Both toll gates accounts for normal cash and coupon fares as well as the EPass Tollway Pass. Formerly, the system is the same for the elevated Skyway, which are much smaller but since the stage 2 of the Skyway way finished it was moved to Alabang to accommodate more vehicles at the same time. It is here that the toll, limited access section of the SLEX begins.
12 C-5 Exit Half Y This exit on the northbound SLEX lanes takes you to the C-5 Road to Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City, Pasig City, Quezon City, Caloocan City, Valenzuela City, and other parts of Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Rizal.
13 Merville Exit Half Y This exit on the southbound SLEX lanes takes you to the West Service Road. This exit also takes you to a temporary extension of C-5 into Pasay City.
14 Skyway: Bicutan Exit Ramp Parañaque City This separate Bicutan Exit on the southbound Skyway takes you to some residential areas in Parañaque City. There is no direct access to SM Bicutan or Taguig City.
14 Bicutan Exit Diamond This exit takes you to a road where west goes to SM City Bicutan, and some residential areas in Parañaque City; eastbound leads to Taguig City, Pasig City, Taytay, and other parts of Rizal province. This interchange has more of a diamond interchange layout.
18 Skyway: Dr. A. Santos Exit
(Sucat Exit)
Ramp This is a separate exit on the Skyway which takes you to Dr. A. Santos Avenue (Sucat Road), where westbound goes to the Memorial Parks, the Parañaque City Proper, and Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Eastbound goes to Taguig and Sucat.
18 Sucat Exit Diamond This exit on the SLEX takes you to Dr. A. Santos Avenue (Sucat Road), where westbound goes to the Memorial Parks, the Parañaque City Proper, and Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Eastbound goes to Barangay Sucat in Muntinlupa City. This exit also has a diamond interchange layout.
19 Skyway: Alabang Toll Barrier Muntinlupa City The Skyway Alabang Toll Barrier replaced the former Skyway Nichols toll barrier in the elevated portion of the expressway or the Skyway. There are two toll gates. Both toll gates account for normal cash and coupon fares as well as the EPass Tollway Pass.
20 Skyway: Hillsborough Exit Ramp Ramp This replaced the San Martin de Porres Temporary Exit Ramp on April 6, 2011.
22 Skyway: Alabang South Station Exit Ramp Ramp This is an Entry/Exit Ramp in Alabang South Station, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
22 Southbound Alabang Exit One-ramp partial cloverleaf This exit on the SLEX provides the option of getting onto local roads around the Alabang area. Southbound, the exit takes you to the southbound National Highway to Pagsanjan, Laguna (also part of Maharlika Highway) and Real Street/Alabang- Zapote Road to Las Piñas City and Cavite City. Before SLEX was extended towards Calamba, this was the site of the former Alabang Toll Barrier before Alabang Viaduct was built. This is the former southern terminus of SLEX from 1969 to 1976.
23 Northbound Alabang Exit Trumpet This exit on the SLEX leads you towards the Alabang-Zapote Road. The northbound exit splits in two at the gore point. Exiting to the right takes you to the northbound Alabang-Zapote Road, while on the left is the Filinvest Exit which takes you to the Filinvest District.
23 Filinvest Exit Trumpet This exit on the SLEX takes you to the Filinvest district. The northbound exit splits in two at the gore point. Exiting to the left takes you to the Filinvest District, while on the right is the northbound Alabang exit and leads towards the Alabang-Zapote Road.
25 Southbound Shell Service Area
26 Susana Heights Exit Two-way Trumpet This exit on the SLEX provides access to Susana Heights. Southbound heads to the Tunasan Proper, the Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. Philippines, SM Center Muntinlupa, San Pedro, Laguna, and other parts of Laguna. Northbound heads to the New Bilibid Prisons, the Muntinlupa City Hall, and other parts of Muntinlupa. It is at this exit that the exit numbers start to appear. Soon to be accessed to the future C-6 Road. This is the southernmost exit of SLEX in Metro Manila.
28 Southbound San Pedro Exit Two-ramp partial cloverleaf San Pedro, Laguna This exit along the SLEX southbound lanes is located and provides access to San Pedro. Westbound leads to some private subdivisions in San Pedro, while eastbound leads to the town proper of San Pedro.
29 Northbound Caltex Service Area This service station replaced the old Caltex service station in Muntinlupa situated on KM 24 which was demolished.
29 Southbound Petron Service Area
31 Southwoods Exit Four-ramp partial cloverleaf Biñan City This exit on the SLEX is located near the Southwoods Manor and Colegio San Agustin-Biñan, both within the Southwoods Ecocentrum. Westbound heads to the Southwoods Manor, Splash Island, and also serves as a shortcut to Carmona in Cavite province. Eastbound heads to San Pedro, Biñan City Proper, and other parts of Laguna through the Old National Highway on the Maharlika Highway.
33 Carmona Exit Trumpet Carmona, Cavite This exit on the SLEX located at Governors Drive resembles most closely a US tollway interchange. Westbound goes to the town proper of Cavite, GMA, Dasmariñas, and other parts of Cavite. Eastbound goes to other parts of Laguna.

(Mamplasan Exit)
Four-ramp partial cloverleaf This exit on the SLEX heads takes you to Mamplasan. Westbound goes towards some private subdivisions, De La Salle Canlubang, Laguna Technopark, Nuvali, Santa Rosa and the Laguna International Industrial Park. Eastbound heads to Pavilion Mall, Biñan City Proper, and other parts of Laguna. Straight (southbound) on another road near the exit takes you to Laguna International Industrial Park.
37 Southbound Caltex Service Area
38 Santa Rosa Exit Four-ramp partial cloverleaf Santa Rosa City This exit on the SLEX is located in northern Santa Rosa. Eastbound goes to Santa Rosa City Proper, Enchanted Kingdom Amusement Park, and Balibago Retail & Transport Complex. Westbound goes to Nuvali, Silang, Tagaytay City, and other parts of Cavite and Batangas.

Asia Brewery Inc. Exit (Eton/ABI Exit)
Wide four-way interchange Cabuyao City This exit is located in Cabuyao and soon to have an access road to Cabuyao via ABI-Eton Road. Eastbound heads to San Lorenzo Village, Barangay Malitlit proper, Cabuyao City proper and Asia Brewery, Inc. Manufacturing Plant in Cabuyao. Only employees can pass at ABI. Westbound heads towards the Sta. Rosa access road, and is a public route. This exit serves as a shortcut (for northbound travelers) to head to De La Salle Canlubang, Cavite province and Tagaytay.
43 Cabuyao Exit (Pulo Exit) Four-ramp partial cloverleaf This exit on the SLEX is located in and provides access to Cabuyao. Eastbound goes to Malayan Colleges Laguna, Santa Rosa City, Calamba City, and other parts of Laguna. Westbound heads to Pulo, San Isidro, Banlic, Mamatid, Mabuhay City, Canlubang.
45 Silangan Exit Four-ramp partial cloverleaf Calamba City This exit on the southbound SLEX is the first exit in Calamba City. Eastbound heads to the Silangan Industrial Park. This is also an alternative route to Canlubang. This exit provides no access to Calamba (due to a one-way road), so travelers to Calamba may either take the earlier Cabuyao exit or any of the later exits.
46 Calamba Toll Barrier This toll barrier will serve as limited toll access for the motorists exiting Canlubang (Mayapa), Batino and Calamba (Turbina) Exits.
47 Canlubang Exit

Four-ramp partial cloverleaf This exit is located within Calamba. Eastbound heads to Paciano Rizal, Calamba and the rest of Laguna province. While Westbound heads to Mayapa, Camp Vicente Lim (PNP - CALABARZON Regional Office) and Canlubang Sugar Estate.
48 Batino Exit Two-way interchange This exit is located on the southbound lanes of the SLEX and is yet another alternate route to Tagaytay City. Besides an alternate route to Tagaytay City, the exit provides access to CPIP (Calamba Premier International Park) and the nearby barangays around Batino, such as Prinza, Barandal, Punta, Mayapa, Turbina, and Lawa. Passing through this route cuts the time needed to reach Tagaytay Highlands in Tagaytay City through Tanauan City.
50 Calamba Exit
(Turbina Exit)
Four-ramp partial cloverleaf Going southbound to an exit ramp south of Turbina overpass heads you to Calamba City proper, Rizal province, and Los Baños. Going southbound to the exit ramp north of Turbina overpass heads you to Maharlika Highway that traverses various industrial parks between Calamba City and Santo Tomas, Batangas. It will also go to SM City Calamba when you are facing to the south of Turbina overpass. This is the former southern terminus of SLEX from 1976 to 2010 before it was extended towards Santo Tomas.
54 Saimsim Toll Barrier This toll barrier currently serves as limited toll access for the motorists exiting Sto. Tomas Exit but in the future it will be reconfigured for both Southbound and Northbound motorists after Toll Roads 4 and 5 are completed: The southbound barrier will get their Toll cards and pay at the exits and The Northbound barrier will pay their toll fees from the entry points.
60 Santo Tomas Exit Four-ramp partial cloverleaf Santo Tomas, Batangas The link of South Luzon Expressway. This Exit leads you to the Maharlika Highway. Left goes to Santo Tomas town proper, Lucena City, San Antonio, Quezon; San Pablo City, Quezon Province, and the Bicol Region (Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Masbate, and Sorsogon), right goes to various industrial parks between Santo Tomas, Batangas and Calamba City when you are facing southbound or pass by the tollgate. By 2016, this terminus will move to Lucena after Toll Road 4 opens to traffic.
