From 1985 to 2001, Marceau had a relationship with director Andrzej Żuławski, who is 26 years her senior. Their son Vincent was born in June 1995. In 2001, Marceau separated from Żuławski and began a relationship with producer Jim Lemley, which produced her second child, Juliette, born in London in 2002. Since 2007, she has been in a relationship with Christopher Lambert, with whom she appeared in the films Trivial and Cartagena.
