The SL postcode area, also known as the Slough postcode area, is a group of ten postcode districts in England, which are subdivisions of eight post towns. These postcode districts cover east Berkshire and south-east Buckinghamshire.
The main sorting office is in Greenford (Green Park Way) and the area served includes virtually all of the borough of Slough, most of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and the eastern part of the Bracknell Forest district in Berkshire, and most of the South Bucks district, the southeastern part of the Wycombe district and a small part of the Chiltern district in Buckinghamshire.
Famous quotes containing the word area:
“The area [of toilet training] is one where a child really does possess the power to defy. Strong pressure leads to a powerful struggle. The issue then is not toilet training but who holds the reinsmother or child? And the child has most of the ammunition!”
—Dorothy Corkville Briggs (20th century)
