Mikkos Cassadine is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital. He was portrayed by John Colicos from August 10, 1981 to September 18, 1981. Mikkos characterized as one of General Hospital 's greatest villains of all time. In the summer of 2006, it was rumored that the show was considering recasting the role with Daytime legend, Joseph Mascolo; however Mascolo returned to his famous role as Stefano DiMera on NBC's Days of our Lives.
