Shiga University

Shiga University (滋賀大学, Shiga daigaku?), or Shigadai (滋賀大, Shigadai?) is a national university in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. It has campuses at the cities of Ōtsu and Hikone. The predecessor of the school was founded in 1943, and it was chartered as a university in 1949.
