Abahani Sporting Club
Sheikh Kamal, an avid sportsman, founded the Abahani, a popular sporting club of Bangladesh. He enjoyed cricket, volleyball, and other sports. Abahani went on to win many local championships. This team outnumbered traditional teams such as Mohammadan, Victoria, and Wanderers.
