The 2006 census showed that the total of single and multiple ethnic origin responses for Serbian was 25,160. Single ethnic origin responses was 17,265 while multiple ethnic origin responses was 7,890. The total of single and multiple ethnic origin responses for Yugoslav was 12,685. Single ethnic origin responses was 4,950 while multiple ethnic origin responses was 7,725.
Toronto Population by Language in 2001 showed 13,635 Serbians.
