The university has six faculties which are the following:
- Faculty of Dentistry : 821 students
- Faculty of Health- and Public Service : 544 students
- Faculty of Health Sciences : 3504 students
- Faculty of Medicine : 4321 students
- Faculty of Pharmacy : 816 students
- Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences : 2069 students
There is also a School of Ph.D. Studies with 412 students.
