Samuel I. Rosenberg
Samuel I. "Sandy" Rosenberg (born May 18, 1950) is an American politician who represents the 41st legislative district in the Maryland House of Delegates. Delegate Rosenberg is the vice-chairman of the Ways and Means committee and has been in the General Assembly since 1983.
