Saidu Sharif (Urdu: سیدو شریف) is the capital city of Swat District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. It is located at 34°45'0N 72°21'0E with an altitude of 939 metres (3083 feet)Saidu sharif is traditional seat of government, remains the administrative headquarters of Malakand division (swat, dir and chitral).
