SAIC-Frederick
SAIC operates NCI-Frederick, a National Cancer Institute research facility located at Fort Detrick, in Frederick, Maryland (alongside an Army medical research center). About half of the 3,000 employees of NCI-Frederick are hired through the SAIC-Frederick subsidiary, paid out of a competitive $320-million contract.
