Russ Kick

Russ Kick (born 1969) is an American editor and publisher. He is editor of the website The Memory Hole which published and archived U.S. government documents, including scientific studies and reports, civil rights-related reports, intelligence and covert action reports, consumer safety reports, and images including photographs of flag-draped coffins of American military men. He is also editor-at-large for The Disinformation Company, where he has published several books including The Book of Lists and 50 Things You're Not Supposed to Know. Kick is currently working on an anthology titled The Graphic Canon, which features the world's great literature interpreted by artists and illustrators such as R. Crumb, Will Eisner, Molly Crabapple, Sharon Rudahl, Gareth Hinds, and many more. The first volume, From The Epic of Gilgamesh to Shakespeare to Dangerous Liaisons is coming out May 22 from Seven Stories Press. The second volume, Kubla Khan to the Brontë Sisters to The Picture of Dorian Gray is due out Summer 2012 and the third volume, From Heart of Darkness to Hemingway to Infinite Jest is due out Fall 2012.
