Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, is a Medical College located in Saifai, District Etawah, Uttar Pradesh.
The college affiliated to Kanpur University was established in 2005.
Saifai is native place of Mulayam Singh Yadav founder president of Samajwadi Party and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
