Personal Life
Roy is married to Elisabeth Kjærnes, and they have two children together. Elisabeth is featured in Kamelot's "March of Mephisto" music video, and has made an appearance on Kamelot's One Cold Winter's Night live DVD, performing "March of Mephisto" and "Nights of Arabia". Roy wrote the song "Anthem", from Kamelot's Ghost Opera album, for his son a few weeks before he was born.
