Premieres were at Toronto on September 9, 11, 15, and 16, 2012; San Sebastian on September 20-28, 2012; Santa Barbara on January 27 and February 3, 2013; San Luis Obispo on March 7, 2013; and Honolulu on April 10 and April 27, 2013.
