Roscoe O. Brady M.D., is a senior investigator at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, a part of the National Institute of Health, USA, where he is currently the chief of the Developmental and Metabolic Neurology Branch. Brady graduated from Pennsylvania State University and received his M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School. His research focus has been on the molecular and genetic basis of neurometabolic disorders such as Gaucher disease, Niemann-Pick disease, Fabry disease and Tay-Sachs disease. He was elected a member of the United States National Academy of Sciences in 1975.
