Moves

While many of Chelsea's star players departed during the 1970s for various reasons, Harris remained ever-present in the side throughout a decade which saw them relegated twice and promoted once, although he lost the club captaincy to the 18-year-old Ray Wilkins. Famous quotes containing the word moves:

You like it under the trees in autumn,
    Because everything is half dead.
The wind moves like a cripple among the leaves
    And repeats words without meaning.
    Wallace Stevens (1879–1955)

Her mane falls wild on her forehead,
And the light breeze moves me to caress her long ear
That is delicate as the skin over a girl’s wrist.
    Suddenly I realize
That if I stepped out of my body I would break
    Into blossom.
    James Wright (1927–1980)

Love works in a circle, for the beloved moves the lover by stamping a likeness, and the lover then goes out to hold the beloved in reality. Who first was the beginning now becomes the end of motion.
    Thomas Aquinas (c. 1225–1274)
