Rodenstock Gmb H
The Rodenstock GmbH is a German manufacturer headquartered in Munich and the brand producer of the entire spectacles product worldwide. The company was founded by Josef Rodenstock in 1877 and specialized in producing high-quality optical lenses for cameras and enlargers (Rodagon, Sironar, Apo-Ronar, Grandagon, Apo-Sironar). The technical optics division was sold to Linos AG (now Qioptiq Photonics) in 2000, and continues to produce high quality camera lenses.
