Robot Alchemic Drive - Story

Story

As seventeen-year-old heir to the Tsukioka family and a bankrupt weapons company, the game introduces a world where all manned space exploration projects have been put on hold indefinitely due to a material called "Space Nectar" that poisons and kills any organic life in space. Earth is safe because of its atmosphere, but it seems that humanity is doomed to an isolated existence.

When machines known as Volgara begin destroying the earth, the player, as the sole inheritor of the Tsukioka's weapons company, must pilot the only weapon on Earth capable of standing against a Volgara. Along the way, lives will be changed, history will be made, and the origins of the Volgara will be revealed.

Famous quotes containing the word story:

I thought my razor was dull until I heard his speech and that reminds me of a story that’s so dirty I’m ashamed to think of it myself.
S.J. Perelman, U.S. screenwriter, Bert Kalmar, Harry Ruby, and Norman Z. McLeod. Groucho Marx, Horsefeathers, as a newly-appointed college president commenting on the remarks of Huxley College’s outgoing president (1932)

Today one does not hear much about him.... The fame of his likes circulates briskly but soon grows heavy and stale; and as for history it will limit his life story to the dash between two dates.
    Vladimir Nabokov (1899–1977)

Well, I know you haven’t had much experience writing and none at all in pictures. But I’ve heard about you. It all sounded like you’re just the man I wanted for a story about the Navy. I don’t want a story just about ships and planes. I want a story about the officers.... I want this story from a pen dipped in salt water not dry martinis. Do you know what I mean?
Frank Fenton, William Wister Haines, co-scenarist, and John Ford. John Dodge (Ward Bond)
