Famous quotes containing the words robert and/or storey:

Both the man of science and the man of art live always at the edge of mystery, surrounded by it. This cannot be an easy life.
    —J. Robert Oppenheimer (1904–1967)

Tell me, Frank. Have you been indulging in what I call Mrs. Weaver’s weakness for social informalities?
    —David Storey (b. 1933)
