Robert E. Cramer
Robert Edward "Bud" Cramer, Jr., (born August 22, 1947) is an American politician and was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1991, representing Alabama's 5th congressional district. On March 13, 2008, Cramer announced he would not seek another term.
