Robin (Rob) Matheson is a producer at the al Jazeera English news channel, based in Doha, Qatar.
Previously he was a reporter, presenter and broadcaster for BBC Scotland.
Rob presented the Reporting Scotland breakfast, lunchtime and weekend programmes. He reported for both BBC Scotland television and BBC Radio Scotland.
He is a media and presenter trainer for radio and television, as well as a voice-over artist.
Prior to joining the BBC, he was a reporter and presenter for local radio stations.
