Ren Zhengfei (任正非 b. 1944 in Guizhou, China) is a Chinese businessman. He is currently the president of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd, headquartered in Shenzhen, China, and an ex-PLA officer. Forbes magazine listed Ren as the 190th richest person in China in 2005, with private assets of approximately $450 million USD in 2010.
