Opposition To The Bill

Most politicians outside of the government have come out against the proposed legislation, along with the Military and a number of business and professional organizations. The campaign has come to be known as the "Yellow Ribbon Campaign", from the yellow ribbons that many opponents of the bill have been wearing around their wrists in public.
