Raymond T. Schuler

Raymond T. Schuler (November 20, 1929 – November 24, 2000) created the New York State Department of Transportation and served as its commissioner under three governors.

Mr. Schuler was also founder of The Business Council of New York State, Inc., New York’s largest business lobbying organization.
