Phoolgran (Phulgran) is a village and union council situated in the Islamabad Capital Territory of Pakistan. its geographical coordinates are 33° 45' 0" North, 73° 13' 0" East and its original name (with diacritics) is Phulgrān. Islamabad (Margalla Hills) Park; 220.15 km² Islamabad Rural Area; 446.20 km²

The remainder of the territory is now subdivided into 5 zones, with zone I designated to house all the residential, industrial and government institutions. Punjab is located to the south of the ICT, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is located to the north west.
