Rave Racer is a racing game created by Namco. A former arcade game, it could be played multiplayer by 2 users It was released on July 16, 1995 for the Namco System 22 arcade platform. A Microsoft Windows version was originally under development, but was later cancelled, thus no Microsoft Windows version for Ridge Racer games until Unbounded. It is the third arcade title in the Ridge Racer series. Additions to the game were 2 new tracks, 12 songs, force feedback steering and improved car and track graphics.
