Before he transitioned to the United States, Julia-Levy starred in daytime serials in Mexico and Europe. He accepted roles in Mexican soap operas yet desired to broaden his career by producing and acting in American major motion pictures.

He appeared in and was a producer of such motion pictures as the action film Double Take, the action drama Vengeance, the action drama Clash and The Champagne Gang, an action/adventure film.

When Julia-Levy settled in Hollywood, he became entrenched in the entertainment industry.

Julia-Levy was instrumental in helping arrange financing for the blockbuster Face/Off, starring Nicolas Cage and John Travolta.

In 2001, Julia-Levy acted in and received an assistant producer's credit for Double Take, co-starring Eddie Griffin and Orlando Jones.

Additional performance credits include portraying a bandit in Epoch, opposite David Keith, and securing a pivotal role in Clash, co-starring Damon Whitaker.
