Ras el Matn or (Ras el Metn) or (Ra's al Matn) (Arabic: رأس المتن) : a Lebanese town and municipality in Qadaa Baabda (Baabda district) of Mount Lebanon Governorate stretching over 1300 hectares (13 km² - 5.018 mi²) . The town has a population of nearly 10,000 inhabitants who are Druze and Orthodox Christians.
