Neugebauer married his high school sweetheart, the former Dana Collins, and they had one son, Toby Neugebauer, the co-CEO of Quantum Energy Partners along with Wil VanLoh, Scott Soler, and D Verma. The Congressman additionally serves as a deacon at his local Baptist church.
