Ramdas Gangaram Kadam is an Indian politician from the state of Maharashtra. He is from the Shiv Sena. On 6 July 2005, he was elected leader of the Shiv Sena legislature party in Maharashtra replacing expelled former chief minister Narayan Rane.
Kadam represents Khed (Vidhan Sabha constituency) in Ratnagiri district of the Konkan region in the assembly since 1990 (elected 1990, 1995, 1999 and 2004). From 1996 to 1999, he was a minister of state in the Maharashtra government.
In 2009 elections, on 22 October 2009 he lost from the constituency of Guhagar by 11000 votes marking the failure of a very active campaign. In December 2009 he was elected in Legislative Council of Maharashtra.
