Currently there are a few shopping centers spanning the highway, the famous mall in the avenue is the SM City Fairview and Robinson's Nova Market (formerly Robinson's Place Novaliches), where it services people along Novaliches, Caloocan and San Jose del Monte, Bulacan areas. Also there are malls serving the Novaliches area namely Novaliches Plaza Mall NovaMall in short, SM Novaliches at Brgy. San Bartolome and Starmall San Jose Del Monte serving the SJDM Area.
