Linking To Commonwealth Avenue
On October 1, 2009, Quezon City Mayor Feliciano Belmonte, Jr. announce 15-year old dream to link Commonwealth Avenue and Quirino Highway at the cost of P20 million to P140 million, near at Zabarte Road and Metro Manila Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. The project was completed in May 2011 and was already operational to private vehicles.
