2009 All-Star Game
The Grand Prairie AirHogs will host the 2009 American Association All-Star Game at their home field, Quik Trip Park, on July 21, 2009. The All-Star festivities will begin on Monday, July 20, 2009 with a banquet for the North and South division All-Stars, Scheduled to be held in the locker room of the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington. The All Star Game itself will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2009- with Gates Opening at 3 p.m. in time to allow fans to witness both the North and South division teams have batting practice before the Home Run Derby set at 5:30 p.m. The Pre-Game ceremonies begin at 7 p.m. with the First Pitch being thrown by 7:30 p.m.
