Venues
The Queen's Plate has been running at Woodbine since 1956. From the 1883 to 1955, the race ran at the old Woodbine Racetrack; it hosted the race in 1876 and 1881. Other venues included:
- Carleton racetrack – Toronto. Located near Dundas and Keele Streets.
- Newmarket Race Course – Toronto. Located near Danforth Avenue and the Don River.
