Qeshm Air operated scheduled passenger service from Qeshm Island to cities in Iran, as well as the United Arab Emirates, with some cargo service to other countries. Its Qeshm-Dubai services, similar to that of Kish Air, were popular with foreign guest workers living in the United Arab Emirates who just need to leave the country and re-enter.
