Puppet Master (Ghost In The Shell)
The Puppet Master (人形使い, Ningyō-zukai?, lit.Puppeteer) (most commonly known as Project 2501 in the film adaptation) is an original character from the manga Ghost in the Shell. It is an artificial intelligence program secretly developed by Section 6 of Public Security that develops sentience. In the English dub it is voiced by Tom Wyner.
