Supporters
PSMS Medan now have three supporters group. They are KAMPAK FC, SMeCK Hooligan, and PSMS Medan Fans Club. They always enliven the stadium when PSMS are playing in the home and away. Sometimes they mock each other when PSMS Medan are playing at home, and even lead to fisticuffs. That is because of the difference between vision and mission of these three supporters groups. In addition, the hereditary grudge is also the reason why these three supporters groups taunt each other and often involve fisticuffs.
