St. John's
The Headquarters of the company Provincial Airlines operates Dash 8, Saab 340A, Metroliner, Cessna Citation aircraft as well as King Air's and Dash 8's from the Aerospace side of the company out of St. John's. Provincial operates 5 hangars in St. John's one of which PAMSI (the modification division of Provincial Aerospace) does aircraft modifications for countries world wide. Executive Offices, Provincial Aerospace's Maritime Surveillance Training Division (included training United Arab Emirates offshore pilots on Dash 8 aircraft in 2010/2011) and Maintenance, and Shell Elite FBO (owned by PALs TASI division)are based in Hangar 1. The Provincial Aerospace Offshore division, Stores, Aircraft Grooming, as well as King Air, Metroliner, and Citation Maintenance are based in Hangar 2. Hangar 3 holds Dash 8 and Saab Maintenance as well as the Commisary and Accounting divisions. Hangar 4 houses a number of departments including Human Resources, Reservations, Training, Building Maintenance Pilot and Flight Attendant Management, Crew Room, Crew Scheduling, Dispatch, and System Operational Control Center (SOCC). Another Shell FBO (TASI), and PAL Cargo are also attached to Hangar 4. Hanger 4 can also be rented to store aircraft.
Halifax
Halifax is home to Provincial Airlines Charter Division. Provincial operates one Hangar in Halifax which houses 5 King Air's (one 200 series for Medivacs, three 350 series for Charter operations. A 5th King Air is based there which is part of Provincial Aerospaces Maritime Surveillance Division. As of October 1, 2012, one Saab 340B is based for a scheduled flight. PAL operates an Esso Avitat FBO at this hangar as well. Provincial Aerospace also has a training base in Halifax for the Radar Operators of 2 Dash 8's being operated in the Middle East.
Goose Bay
Goose Bay is home to Provincial Airlines Twin Otter operation under the name of Innu Mikun Airlines. PAL owns 2 Hangars in Goose Bay, Hangar 14 which houses the aircraft Groomers, Aircraft Maintenance for Twin Otters (all PAL Aircraft can be serviced in Goose Bay), Crew Room and Dispatch. Hangar 18 in Goose Bay houses the Voisey's Bay check in desk for the Daily charter the Dash 8 provides to the Voiseys Bay mine in Northern Labrador. PAL Cargo, Innu Mikun Charters and Management offices are also in Hangar 18.
Montreal
Provincial Airlines operates out of the StarLink Hangar at Montreal's Pierre Elliot Trudeau airport. The Hangar houses Dash 8's for scheduled and charter service throughout Quebec.
Provincial Aerospace Ltd. Bases
Provincial Aerospace also has a Maritime Surveillance base in Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles where they operated 2 Dash 8's under contract for the Dutch Government. At this time, PAL also has pilots and 2 Dash 8's modified by PAMSI in the Middle East based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The crews however are not based permanently in Abu Dhabi, they operate on a rotation from Canada.
