Postclassical Era - Europe

The Postclassical Era is the period of Western history, between 500 and 1500 CE, following the fall of the classical empires in the Mediterranean region, namely the Roman Empire. In European history, the Postclassical Era coincides with and is more commonly known as the Middle Ages.
