The climate is subtropical with cool summers or warm with an average of 21.4ºC (70ºF). The winters can be bitterly cold with an average of 13ºC (55ºF), and frequent frosts. Snow can occur (on average 2 to 2 years) and the minimum to get to -5°C (23ºF).
