Police Quest: SWAT Series
Although the Police Quest series continued for two more games, these releases became the SWAT series and are in different video game genres. The first of the games was later re-released as part of the Police Quest Collection Series (the second Police Quest compilation). The three SWAT games were later released in a compilation entitled "Police Quest: SWAT Generation."

Famous quotes containing the words police and/or series:
“I’ve met a lot of murderers in my day, but Dr. Garth, whatever he is, is the first man I’ve ever met who was polite to me and still made the chills run up and down my back.”
—Robert D. Andrews. Nick Grindé. Police detective, Before I Hang, describing his meeting with Dr. Garth (1940)
“If the technology cannot shoulder the entire burden of strategic change, it nevertheless can set into motion a series of dynamics that present an important challenge to imperative control and the industrial division of labor. The more blurred the distinction between what workers know and what managers know, the more fragile and pointless any traditional relationships of domination and subordination between them will become.”
—Shoshana Zuboff (b. 1951)
