Pierre Andrew Rinfret
Pierre Andre "Pete" Rinfret (pronounced rin-FRAY) (February 1, 1924 - June 29, 2006) was the founder of Rinfret-Boston Associates, an economic advisor to three American Presidents, and the Republican Candidate for Governor of New York in 1990.
