History and Features
The mall was opened in 1972 as the Sheridan Mall, and opened with 80 stores. The PTC has more than 200 stores. The PTC underwent major renovations in 1998. It is anchored/majored by The Bay, Sears, Jean Machine, a Famous Players cinema, Sport Chek, and H&M.
The PTC underwent a $17 million renovation through 2008 and 2009. This included new floors, ceilings, lighting and seating areas. It has a modern look and features an additional elevator.
