He was a member of Quiver, and Natural Gas, before he began to work closely with Al Stewart, Roger Waters, as well as Cyndi Lauper, Jonathan Kelly, Tommy Shaw and Bob Dylan.

Famous quotes containing the words peter and/or wood:

The concept of a person is logically prior to that of an individual consciousness. The concept of a person is not to be analysed as that of an animated body or an embodied anima.
—Sir Peter Frederick Strawson (b. 1919)

    We worshipped,
    we parted green from green,
    we sought further thickets,
    we dipped our ankles
    through leaf-mould and earth,
and wood and wood-bank enchanted us.
    Hilda Doolittle (1886–1961)
